In the sunny south of the island of Sylt, this newly built dream home awaits you, featuring a beautiful, large garden that promises plenty of relaxation. The absolute highlight is the panoramic view from the Hindenburgdamm across the Rantumbecken nature reserve all the way to Hörnum. Natural stone tiles and modern Frisian woodwork adorn every area of the home, creating the perfect feel-good atmosphere.

The home’s living area features an open layout and offers a cosy couch area, a fireplace, and a spacious dining area for up to six people with a view of the wonderful garden, which always provides a great spot to soak up the sun thanks to its two furnished terraces. The custom-built kitchen, crafted by master carpenters, offers everything an amateur chef could desire—from a BORA induction cooktop to a Nespresso machine. On the same level, you’ll also find a guest bathroom.

On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find two cosy and stylish bedrooms with hardwood floors, each furnished with a double box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. One of the bedrooms features a bright en-suite bathroom; another bathroom is accessible from the hallway. Naturally, all the woodwork is of the highest quality! The attic of the house can be customised to suit your individual needs. Whether you’d like to relax with yoga or on the wellness loungers, or perhaps work a few more hours at your desk while enjoying a breathtaking view of the mudflats, all of this is possible here. For the youngest guests, there’s also an interactive Sylt play mat that’s sure to bring your children lots of joy.

The basement of the house features another spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. High-quality hardwood flooring has been installed here as well. You’ll also find a spa-style bathroom here with a large sauna area, a designer bathtub, a rain shower, and a cold-water hose for the sauna.

As an additional service for our younger guests, a BMW balance bike complete with a helmet is available for use. The bike can be converted into a bicycle for children up to 7 years old. 

This is a non-smoking home where pets are warmly welcome. You’ll find a parking space right next to the house.
