The Sandburg and Möwe holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and are similar in design and amenities to the Welle and Muschel holiday apartments. They, too, are designed to accommodate up to six people, feature real wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating, and boast a sophisticated and bright design.

Instead of a garden, the Sandburg holiday apartment features a beautiful balcony that’s perfect for dining and relaxing. On lovely summer evenings, you can still enjoy the warm evening sun even late into the day.

The Baltic House, built in 2017, is located on an idyllic street parallel to the popular Strandallee.

It offers six high-quality holiday apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and featuring two bedrooms, as well as a spacious wellness area with a designer sauna. Each holiday apartment comes with a parking space located either directly in front of the building or in the on-site underground garage (entry height: 1.90 m).
