Very spacious, air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment in a house built in 2021. Guests have access to the large heated swimming pool 50m2 (11m x 4.5m). The pool is cleaned with salt instead of chlorine. The apartment is located in a detached house, has a private entrance, and is a duplex type: the entrance is on the 1st floor. Here you'll find a large kitchen with living room, a large 13m2 balcony/terrace, and a bathroom. The internal stairs lead up one floor to the upper level, where two bedrooms and the second bathroom dominate. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning and internet are free of charge. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The apartment also has satellite TV. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
