The Authentic House. 3-bedroom cottage with AC in North Falmouth

Located in the North Falmouth Historic district, this cottage is coastal meets country.

With three cozy bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed equipped with our favorite lux mattresses, guests find they can unwind in comfort. The single bathroom offers a bathtub with towels and soaps provided.

Directly across the street there is a children's playground with ballfields, and you can pick up the Shining Sea Bikeway on Winslow Ave ,in just over a quarter mile. This fantastic cottage provides a serene escape from the everyday, you can witness bunnies, deer, the distant sound of chickens, and still skip over to cherished Old Silver Beach in 1.5miles.

Whether you’re unwinding indoors or enjoying the peaceful Old Main Road surroundings, the tranquil atmosphere invites you to slow down and recharge.
