The layout spreads generously across three floors, giving every group room to breathe. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a second upstairs bedroom offers two queen beds, and a third bedroom also holds a queen bed. Downstairs, a fourth combines a queen and a full bed, and a fifth bedroom is outfitted with two bunk units, each with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top, perfect for kids or extra guests. Three full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath keep days running smoothly even with the whole group under one roof.



The home's main floor has an open floor plan with a spacious living room featuring vaulted ceilings, an extra-large couch, fireplace, dining area, and full kitchen. This space is a great place for the whole group to gather, relax, and reconnect. Getting Around:

Boulder Cove Retreat is just 2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia. Guests should plan to travel around by car as it is a rural area with limited public transportation. The main route to access the town is Route 80.



In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
