Insgesamt eine hervorragende Ferienunterkunft. Wenn man aber mit einer Person im Rollstuhl anreist, wird es problematisch. Parkdeck, Treppenhaus und Wohnung sind sehr gut barrierefrei. Sobald man aber die Ostseeresidenz verlassen will, wird es problematisch. Die Rampe am Ausgang zur Promenade ist zu steil für den Rollstuhl und ansonsten überall nur Kopfsteinpflaster. Als Transportmittel bleibt nur das Auto, welches aber immer in 200m Entfernung geparkt werden muss (Außer Ein-und Ausstieg). Dies sollte man in der Beschreibung zur Wohnung unbedingt erwähnen.
