Stunning home in Smrika
Villa Grmanski Dvori will enchant you and make you feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale. From the location of the villa, to the magical view of the sea, to the decoration of the interior - the details are in the little things, which is why this holiday home is so enchanting. It was built around 1850 and completely and authentically renovated in 2019.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining and living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A stylish stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and an exit to the balcony.
One step further from the living room, and you are on the terrace with its own small kitchen, where you can enjoy unforgettable evenings in good company and delicious specialities. Get away from your daily routine, relax in the counter-current pool (you can swim long and enduring distances, regardless of the pool size) with Jacuzzi and breathe in the wonderful sea air while you draw energy from nature.
If you are looking for a romantic, peaceful and relaxing environment - then the irresistible Villa Grmanski Dvori will more than delight you.mrika is a small town located halfway between Rijeka and Crikvenica, below the hills of Miolova and Lukieva. The nearest beach is mrika, with nearby bays that can only be reached on foot and are therefore very well preserved (Dumboka and Marenska). The first larger beach is Jadranovo, and less than 5 kilometres along the coast is Kraljevica, known for the benefits of health tourism, with a rich offer even for the youngest. If you fancy exploring one of the largest islands in the Adriatic - nothing could be easier, as the island of Krk is within easy reach and is well connected to land via the Krk Bridge. It offers many possibilities and you are spoilt for choice... so please: just enjoy!
