For shared use: planted inner courtyard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Shop 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 300 m, ferry 2.3 km, sandy beach 200 m, lake Forellensee. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km.
