Our country house is located in a sunny, quiet spot on the outskirts of town, near the spa park. All apartments/holiday rentals offer a magnificent mountain view and feature a balcony or terrace. The comfort rooms are high-quality and fully furnished, complete with a kitchenette and sitting area. The Zugspitz apartment (Type C) measures approximately 52 m². It consists of a combined living and sleeping area (sofa bed) featuring a dining area, a sitting area with a pull-out couch, a kitchenette (electric kettle, stove, filter coffee maker, sink, induction cooktop, dishes, and silverware), a separate bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer), a south-facing balcony, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is also a small hallway and a separate bedroom. We provide a starter kit consisting of tea towels, dishwashing supplies, bath towels, and bed linens. Cots can be booked for an additional fee.
The small wellness area and a garage for cars, bicycles, and motorcycles round out the amenities.
Take advantage of our convenient bread roll service as needed. The rolls are made by a local baker; orders must be placed with us by 10:00 a.m. and will be delivered to your room door by 8:00 a.m.
Our on-site sauna is also available for your use as needed.
Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are available to our guests for an additional fee.
