Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Zum Specht' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
The newly renovated vacation apartment with W-Lan is located directly in the beautiful countryside.
Our apartment is 60 square meters large, bright and at ground level. It has a living room with sofa bed and adjoining dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an additional travel crib (please specify).
The bathroom has a shower tray and a separate WC. The terrace is accessible from the dining room and has a seating area with barbecue facilities.
A small dog is allowed upon previous request and for an extra fee.
Parking available on site.

Schön
Wir waren für drei Übernachtungen in der schönen gepflegten Ferienwohnung, die nett eingerichtet ist. Das Bad ist neu und sehr schön hergerichtet. Die Küche ist sinnvoll eingerichtet.
Herzlichen Dank an die Familie. Wir wurden mit Limonade und Wasser begrüßt und freundlich verabschiedet.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Autoverkehr nur von den direkten Anliegern. Mit Hund total schön, mit wenigen Schritten ist man auf freiem Feld und Wiese unterwegs.
Cons: Der Ortsteil ist nur über schmale steile Straßen erreichbar und man muss sich gut in den nächsten größeren Gemeinden mit allem versorgen, was man so braucht. Früh mal schnell zum Bäcker ist eher nicht. Aber wenn man sich darauf einstellt, ist es total erholsam und ruhig.

5 gute Urlaubstage in Spechtritz
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wunderbar, dass alle Zimmer außer dem Bad mit Mückenschutz ausgestattet sind. Ein kleiner Nachteil für uns war, dass das Schlafzimmer nur über das Wohnzimmer erreichbar ist. Der Gartenplatz ist klein aber fein. Alles in allem sehr gut.
