Built in 2015 and most recently renovated in 2023, the holiday home features two floors, generously laid out across three separate rooms. Two comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to four people and are ideal for families, friends, or couples. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional guest bathroom, and another shower room ensure privacy and comfort.

The open-concept living area combines a fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and many other kitchen utensils—with a cosy dining area and a sofa nook. Here, a wood-burning stove invites you to spend relaxing hours in pleasant warmth—supplemented by modern central and radiant heating that keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature.

Entertainment options include a TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, a DVD and CD player, as well as a small library with books, DVDs, and board games for social evenings. Additional amenities such as a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, and fly screens round out the offerings.
