Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage vortrefflich für allerlei Ausflüge und mit kleinem Fußweg zum Wasser. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Tipp: Die Dusche sollte mal wieder renoviert werden.

Leider funktionierte die Whirl-Wanne nicht und der Stöpsel hielt das Wasser nicht. Die Firma Horn hat sich sofort gekümmert und war total hilfsbereit, konnte das Problem jedoch nicht final lösen, da bei einem normalen Stöpsel das Wasser durch die Düsen abfließt. Ansonsten ist das Objekt gut und wir hatten eine sehr schönen Urlaub.

Wir freuen uns jedoch, dass Sie unseren Service und die schnelle Unterstützung durch die Firma Horn positiv hervorheben – das geben wir gerne weiter. Leider lässt sich das Problem mit der Wasserhaltung bei einem Standardstöpsel aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten nicht vollständig beheben, aber wir arbeiten bereits an einer langfristigen Lösung. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub dennoch genießen konnten und das Objekt insgesamt positiv bewerten. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen! Ich bin schwer behindert, und habe in ihrer Unterkunft das gefunden, was ich brauche. Mein Schlafzimmer war Parterre, das Bett etwas erhöht, so dass ich doch sehr gut aufstehen und mich auch hinlegen konnte. Für mich war die Stufe, die ins Haus führt etwas zu hoch, die habe ich nicht geschafft mit meiner neuen Hüfte und meinen noch kaputten Knien. Aber ich hatte eine Einstieg Hilfe dabei, so dass ich also gut versorgt war. Mein Sohn mit seiner Familie war auch sehr begeistert von dem Haus, vor allen Dingen von Sauna und Whirlpool. es hat uns so gut gefallen bei Ihnen, dass wir auf jeden Fall das Haus uns merken, für dann, wenn wir noch mal einen Urlaub beziehungsweise Kurzurlaub an der Nordsee machen wollen.
