Chalet Ritornell

Gute Unterkunft für jüngere Leute, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Heizungen müssen dringend entlüftet werden, es war nicht möglich, die Heizkörper während der Nacht laufen zu lassen, da sie "gurgelten" wie ein Bergbach!!!In den Zimmern war vor allem auf den Kästen und Ablageflächen viel Staub, was für unsere drei Allergiker ein grosses Problem war. Wir haben alles einmal durchgewischt. Das angekündigte Willkommensgeschenk ist etwas bescheiden:-).

Schön, dass sie es bei uns genossen haben und vielen Dank für die konstruktive Rückmeldung. Das passt definitiv nicht zum Qualitätsstandard, denn wir für die Betreuung und Reinigung unserer Häuser definiert haben. Wir gehen über die Bücher. Danke auch für den Hinweis zum Haus. Die stetig stark schwankenden Aussentemeraturen führen bei diesem Haus für die Schwankungen bei der Heizung. Wir werden das umgehend prüfen und bereinigen.
