Steinrüti 5-room holiday home with view on the Churfirsten mountains

The 5-room holiday house is located in the Wildhaus district of Steinrüti on the "Mittelweg" and is situated near the Spar supermarket (approx. 400m). It is on a slope and offers a wonderful view of the Churfirsten mountains. In summer, the garden, including a fire pit, invites you to barbecue. In winter, you can reach the village centre (village square) in about 5 minutes, from where you can conveniently take the ski bus to the valley station of the mountain railways. The basement contains the laundry and storage room, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and separate toilet. The double bedroom, which was previously located in the basement, has been moved to the attic. The room in the basement has been converted into a cool playroom with many toys and entertainment electronics. The holiday house was extensively renovated in 2010. The upper floor contains the remaining living area, including a children's bedroom. The house with a chalet-like character is ideal for families, whether in winter or summer.



No direct access: The path to the house leads across a meadow (approx. 50m), which is mowed in summer and cleared in winter. You can load your luggage directly on the "Mittelweg". Parking is available at the multi-purpose hall "Chuchitobel". Detailed information will be provided before arrival. Arrival in winter on snow-covered roads: Please ensure that your car has all-wheel drive or snow chains. The path to the property is relatively steep. Ask about the conditions during key handover. Although the road is regularly cleared, access cannot be guaranteed during heavy snowfall. If this is the case, you can load your luggage at the village square and reach the house via the "Mittelweg" (approx. 5-minute walk).
