Great mountain side retreat

We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice.

Sehr schöner Ausblick, private Garage, fast alles im Haus vorbereitet. Wenn die Fenster und Betten bisschen sauberer wären, wäre die Sauberkeit auf 100%. Aber Sauberkeit 80% ist Okay. insgesamt lohnt es sich sehr, das Haus zu mieten und das See vom Balkon zu sehen.

Lage

Das Haus lebt oberhalb vom Walen See und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf See und Berge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt! Das hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Enttäuscht waren wir von der Außenanlage des Hauses, das ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt. Echt schade! Die Zugang Treppen zum Haus sind alle auch sehr wackelig, also außerhalb des Hauses, so dass man da sehr vorsichtig beim Laufen sein muss. Im innern des Hauses ist alles okay! Klar gibt es immer Sachen, die man verbessern kann, aber wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Garten ist nicht ungepflegt. Es ist ein spezieller Waldgarten, bei dem darauf geachtet wird das auf gewisse Weise die Planzen zurück geschnitten werden. Aber innerhalb der Gartenfelder die Planzen und Tierwelt geschützt bleiben. Ein Biologischer Garten sieht nunmal nicht aus wie ein gespritzter Garten. Nur die Treppe unterhalb des Hauses ist nicht mehr so gut. Unser Teil der Treppe ist jedoch oberhalb des Hauses und über unsere Anleitung zu erreichen.

Ist größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt

Von Haus hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht. Bad und Küche sind sehr sauber. Keine hat Kleinholz zum anzünden des Kamins gefehlt, das wäre kein Problem gewesen wenn zumindest eine Axt da geweswn wäre. Sind dann dennoch fündig geworden. Der Fernseher oben war nicht abgeschlossen und nicht funktionsfähig. Sonst alles sehr in Ordnung. Zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Beautiful view. Water heater was great. We appreciated the communication in English. Well lighted bathrooms. The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. The downstairs was dusty and many spider webs. Drapes or blidownstairs
