The attractive corner terraced house "Bergblick" extends over three floors and offers 133 square meters of living space for up to 7 people (6 adults) in 3 bedrooms. As soon as you enter, guests are greeted by the spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining area. The equipment includes a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. A fondue set, raclette oven and board games provide entertainment. The adjoining living room with a fireplace leads to the spacious terrace, which offers a picturesque view of the mountains, forests and meadows. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom (sleeps 4) with a queen-size bed (180x200) and a pull-out youth bed (90x200). The extended youth bed accommodates 2 children. The bedroom also features a desk and provides access to a private balcony overlooking the Leistchamm. A second bedroom (sleeps 3) with a double bed (160x200) and a youth bed (80x200cm) is located adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and toilet. On the attic floor, the third bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) and is open to the staircase. The youth beds are recommended for ages 3 to about 14 years, as the maximum weight capacity is 100 kg. The house includes an outdoor parking space and an underground garage parking space. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi/internet is available.

The view of the mountains and pine forests is as relaxing as it is impressive. Hot summer days are pleasant up here and the nights are particularly refreshing.
