Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und sehr großzügig gestaltet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut, mit zwei Balkonen kann man auch schön draußen sitzen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Bad neben der Küche, vom Esstisch nur durch eine Glasschiebetür getrennt.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Bad und Dusche super. 2 große Fernseher im Wohn - u. Schlafzimmer. Sehr schön gelegen mitten in Heringsdorf. Zum Strand 300 m.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Vor allem die Küche und das Badezimmer sind ein wahrer Hingucker. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und dabei hat man dem Urlauber auch genug Raum für die eigenen Dinge gegeben (ist nämlich in vielen Ferienwohnungen ein echtes Problem). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Dass das Gebäude in einem Innenhof steht sieht man auf den Bildern leider nicht, aber im Nachhinein hat es nicht gestört, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und außerdem war es dadurch auch ruhiger als an der Straße.
Das Parken an der Unterkunft ist leider katastrophal. Für unser Parkproblem wurde eine super Lösung gefunden. Ansonsten gibt es sehr wenige direkte Parkmöglichkeiten für Dauerparker um die Villa Seeland herum. In der Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus für 12,00 € pro Tag oder einen großen Parkplatz an der ev. Kirche Tagesticket 7,00 € (allerdings nimmt der Automat nur Münzen).
Der Kontakt zu Pro Home ist sehr angenehm. Auf Fragen wird umgehend reagiert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
