Nooit in zo'n schoon huisje verbleven, keukengerei en elektrische apparatuur allemaal in perfecte staat. Alle ramen voorzien van zeer praktische rolgordijnen die zowel licht doorlatend als dicht kunnen zijn, en overal elektrische rolluiten aan de buiten kant. Bedden en zelfs slaapkamer bijzonder comfortabel! Er is ook ruimte voor verbetering. Indeling qua meubels en deel van de meubels is suboptimaal. Een kapstop boven een kast waardoor er geen jassen aan passen. En de ladekast onder de kapstok waar laden niet goed glijden, en stofzuiger in de hoek van de slaapkamer omdat er geen plek voor is. De (mooie) tafel bij de bank, is zwaar en heeft draaiende onderdelen waardoor verplaatsen om de slaapbank te kunnen gebruiken niet zo makkelijk gaat. Het grootste verbeterpunt vanuit mijn optiek is het uitzicht door de grote ramen. Aan de terraszijde is dat echt prima, maar aan de zijkant (de kant waar je naar kijkt vanaf de bank en de tafel, kijk je om een met plastic dichtgemaakt hekwerk, waar geen plantje tegenaan groeit. Dat is echt jammer. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo langs de meren door mooie natuur naar Kloster Graefenthal en naar rivier de Niers, erg mooi. En bevenactiviteit te zien aan de bomen. Vanaf het huisje ben je met auto zo in het Reichswald, een prachtig groot bos waar vele mooie (lange) wandelingen mogelijk zijn. Kortom een prachtig en comfortabel huisje om een weekend te verblijven!

Wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll für Hundebesitzer, weil mal sehr schnell an den Seen zum spazieren ist. Das Grundstück ist auch komplett eingezäunt. Teilweise fehlten uns Ausstattungsgegenstände in der Küche, die laut Beschreibung vorhanden sind und das eine oder andere müsste mal repariert werden. Das wurde von uns auch an den Vermieter gemeldet, er wollte sich darum kümmern. Für 2-3 Personen ist ausreichend Platz, darüber hinaus wird es echt eng, wie ich finde. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet, daher wirkt die ganze Siedlung noch etwas steril und ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass hier zukünftig noch weitere Häuser werden.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Wir sind mit unserem Kleinkind und unseren Hunden angereist. Die Wohnung war super sauber, sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet ebenso wie der Garten. Dazu gab es auch ein Hundekörbchen und sogar Näpfe waren da, es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt.Die Lage fanden wir richtig gut, zu Fuß wie auch mit dem Auto kann man tolle Orte erreichen und erkunden. Damit meine ich Naturgebiete - die für uns mit Hund eher interessant sind.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und schnell, kann man nichts dagegen sagen.Alles in allem kann ich es komplett empfehlen.Wir werden wieder dort Urlaub machen, wenn es uns möglich ist!

Zeer netjes en compleet huis

Prima uitvalsbasis. Direct naast een zwembad. In de buurt ban Irrland en Wunderland Kalkar, maar ook de Nederlandse grens. Het huisje was nieuw, zeer goed onderhouden en super schoon. Ik kan het zeker aanbevelen.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Alles vorhanden im Haus, auch für den Hund wurde gesorgt (Körbchen, Napf, Kotbeutel). Geschmackvoller, gepflegter Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
