Dear Jessica, thank you for your honest review. This is the place I usually live in, and therefore there are my personal belongings. Thank you for your hints, it helps me to better understand the needs of my guests. Next time I will take even greater efforts to store away things to free up more space for my guests. And I already bought another closet to add more storing space.
Just some background information: According to local laws, I'm renting out my place only when I'm not in town. The city of Munich only permits to rent out flats up to eight weeks a year. All the other flats on this platform which rent out the whole year through are therefore illegal, as they take away precious housing space in Munich's tight residential market.
