This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and, with its 45 m², can accommodate up to 2 adults.

The apartment’s hallway features a mirror and a separate coat closet.
From the hallway, you can access the cosy living area with an integrated kitchenette, the separate bedroom, and the bathroom with a shower.

The living area is furnished with a couch, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers, and a dining area.
The spacious west-facing balcony with a side view of the sea is accessible from the living room and comes furnished with balcony furniture.

The integrated kitchenette features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, and a dining table with chairs.

The bedroom features a cosy double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a spacious closet.

The bathroom has a sink, a shelf, and a hair dryer for your use.

A shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for your use.

The building is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² that accommodate 3 to 4 people.

You’ll stay in modern holiday rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.

Right across the street, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the saltwater pool even on cooler days.

Inside the building, you can wash your holiday clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also include a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for estate cars or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbour is just 1,300 metres away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten Steep Coast is well worth the walk. Here you’ll find an almost untouched landscape in the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
