The shuttle bus service offered from May to October takes you from the port of Stagnieß to the beach free of charge and back again. Experience the freedom of a holiday home and feel like home.

New holiday home directly by the water on the idyllic natural harbor Stagnieß. You have a unique and unobstructed view of the lake from every room and from the terrace. On 3 floors you will find plenty of space to relax.

Bright living and dining area with high-quality cuisine. The open kitchen is modern equipped with dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, oven, built in microwave and a cooking island with ceramic hob (induction). A wide, beige leather sofa in a modern design ensures optimum comfort. The living area of ​​a modern 48 '' LCD TV and a hi-fi system on a TV Lowboard with atmospheric LED lighting is rounded (color adjustable). A particularly charming square offers a furnished terrace with beach chairs and water views.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. A bedroom with double bed made of solid wood (width 1.80 m). The second bedroom has another bed (width 1.40 m). In developed top floor there are 2 more sleeps available: A single bed (width 1 m) and a bed (width 1.40 m). The loft is also ideally suited as a play den for children. Another full sleeping possibility in the living room by a high-quality single bed.

The house has 2 modern bathrooms, each with floor-level showers. Next to the bathroom on the ground floor is a second bathroom upstairs available.
The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth also uncomfortable days. In all rooms there are tiled floors in a friendly and homely wood design, in the bathrooms large floor tiles in anthracite.

For parking you have a carport on the fenced premises. Due to the generous space in front of the carport, there is a parking for 2 more cars on the plot. Your bikes are covered in the carport.
