Keine Sauberkeit aber schönes Objekt.

Das Objekt war eigentlich perfekt für uns (4 Erwachsene und ein 2,5 Jähriger). Wäre da nicht die "Sauberkeit" und der Bodenbelag im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss.Die "Sauberkeit" war schlichtweg NICHT vorhanden. Überall Spinnweben, Flusen, die Toiletten wurden von uns (wahrscheinlich zum 1. Mal) gereinigt. Die Fliesen von oben bis unten dreckig. Auf die Matratzenschoner möchte ich gar nicht eingehen. Die Gardinen hingen halb herab und Schrieen nach einer Wäsche usw usw usw.Das unser Kleinkind (im unteren Teil der Whg.) Schlafen konnte grenzt an ein Wunder. Denn der Boden der im ausgebauten DG verbaut war, wurde definitiv nicht von einem Profi verlegt. Bei jedem Schritt den man auf diesem zurück legte Knarrte und Quietschte dieser so laut, dass das selbst die Wohnung im Untergeschoss gehört haben muss.Die Kissen in den Schlafzimmern müssten auch dringend ausgetauscht werden. In den Betten (auf den Matratzen) konnte man aber gut Schlafen. Auf dem Gelände wäre noch genug Platz für einen Sandkasten oder ein kleines Klettergerüst, das würde es familienfreundlicher gestalten.
