Pros: De villa is ideaal gelegen in een rustige omgeving dicht bij de supermarkten en de zee . Naast de fantastische tuin beschikt de woning over zeer veel terras ruimte rond het zwembad inclusief een mooi overdekt terras. Er is meer dan voldoende parkeerruimte, de woning is zeer ruim en compleet ingericht van alle gemakken voorzien, de keuken is voorzien van zowat alle keukengerei om een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de bedden comfortabel. Jan is steeds bereikbaar indien nodig, daarnaast is er Jaap die zorgde voor een soepele sleuteloverdracht. Wij hebben enorm genoten van deze mooie villa en denken eraan volgend jaar terug te keren.

Nous avons passés notre temps dehors sur la terrasse. Cette ville de Calpe est idéale pour les ados. Les nuits sont animées, et idéal pour les familles. Merci à Jan pour sa villa de rêve et Jacob pour son accueil.

La casa es una maravilla, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: menaje, lavadora, secadora, barbacoa..

Pros: La casa es una maravilla, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: menaje, lavadora, secadora, barbacoa.. todavía mejor en realidad que en las fotos intimidad y tranquilidad a 2km del centro de Calpe y supermercados. Piscina amplia y soleada. Relax absoluto. El dueño muy accesible y dispuesto a ayudar. La empresa que gestiona el alquiler también perfecta.
