As a lifelong nature lover, I fell in love with this village nestled in the Pino d'Aleppo Nature Reserve. I bought these homes to live here and share this experience with those who want to discover authentic Sicily.



Casavacanzekastalia 4 "La Relax" is a detached house within Athena Resort on the southern coast of Ragusa. It features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 7 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, 2 heat pump air conditioners, and a washing machine. Outside, you’ll find a veranda and a covered relaxation area with barbecue, table, swing, sink, and outdoor shower.



From April to September, the village comes alive: enjoy a pool with umbrella and loungers, private beach with shuttle service, entertainment for adults and children, mini club with dedicated pool (ages 3-10), and a gym. Available all year: 6 tennis courts, 2 football pitches, 2 playgrounds.



In winter, tranquility reigns: the green Aleppo pines and fresh air of the reserve offer pure relaxation. Nearby, explore the UNESCO Baroque wonders of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, and Ispica, as well as the iconic locations from Inspector Montalbano—Punta Secca, Scicli, Marina di Ragusa, and Sampieri—all just a few kilometers away.
