La Casa dei Fortunati - Eine Wunderbar Renovierte Villa im Stil des Monferrato

The villa is located in the town of Grana Monferrato. Grana Monferrato is one of the typical villages in the region designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. <br>We are located about 15 minutes from Asti, 25 minutes from Casale Monferrato, and 30 minutes from Alba. Grana is nestled among picturesque hills, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and hazelnut fields. It’s a perfect starting point for exploring the Monferrato region.<br><br>The house dates back to the 17th century and has recently undergone extensive renovation. During the renovation, special care was taken to preserve the typical architectural features of the Monferrato region. For example, the original floors were preserved in several parts of the building.<br><br>The house has a total of six bedrooms. The centrepiece is undoubtedly the large, loft-style master bedroom. It also features a spacious, luxurious bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a beautiful living room with a fireplace beneath stunningly high ceilings.<br><br>In the same wing of the building, there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as an office and the house chapel on the ground floor. <br><br>The Mangiatoia is the former area where the animals were kept. Today, this space serves as a living and social area. Here, you can relax with a glass of wine, read, chat, and simply enjoy the moment.<br><br>The courtyard is a wonderful place to spend time together. There is also a covered area, known as the portico, which allows you to stay outside even in light rain.<br><br>A large kitchen with an adjoining dining room is at your disposal. Upon request, we can also arrange for a private chef. This service is available upon request and for a fee to be negotiated with the chef.<br><br>This part of the building contains four additional bedrooms, two on each floor. There is one bathroom per floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. This means that on this side of the building, two bedrooms share one bathroom, with one bedroom directly adjacent to the bathroom. We particularly recommend these “sleeping areas” for families with children or for close friends who don’t mind sharing a bathroom.<br><br>The villa also features a magnificent indoor pool and a jacuzzi, both located in the historic vaulted cellar. The pool and jacuzzi are heated, so you can enjoy them even during the cooler months.
