Single-family house "Appendino". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Asti, 2 km from the centre of Settime, 55 km from the centre of Turin. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 26.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of August 2025) in a new development area (currently no construction activity).

Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: 1 room, without window with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed (1 pers.). Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. (open staircase), 1 open room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. No heating option. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, roofed terrace 50 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Sehr schönes Haus mit einigen Mängeln

Das Haus ist sehr schön und grosszügig angelegt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, Betten und Badezimmer ist sehr gut. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider sind viele Sachen defekt und schlecht gereinigt. Das Nebengebäude mit zwei Betten ist nicht bewohnbar. Dieses ist nicht fertig gebaut und hat kein Warmwasser. Die Umgebung ist etwas sonderbar. Es gibt viele nicht fertig gebaute, leere Häuser die langsam zerfallen. Der Golfplatz ist geschlossen (Konkurs)

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Kleine Abzüge "in der B-Note" Einige kleine Ecken müssten mal wieder "aufgehübscht" werden. z.B. Insektengitter teilweise kaputt. Sonst alles sehr schön. Vermieter äußert nett und gute Tipps auf Lager (Einkaufen, Essen etc.)

Flott hus, litt slitt men fortsatt luksuspreg. Litt avsides og nesten bare forlatte hus rundt oss. Ta forbehold om mye mygg i området og det er ingenting som hjelper for å få den bort. En av kveldene måtte vi rømme inn for å spise på grunn av intens mygg. Ellers ett flott opphold. Flott basseng og uteområde. Vi hadde rundt 35 grader hver dag men likevel kaldt hus så lenge dører står igjen (gulv air-conditioning) Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Lite restauranter i nærheten som var åpen..

Entspannter und toller Urlaub

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage - Entspannung pur. Sehr schöner, gepflegter und großer Pool. Tolle Terrassen mit vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schatten wie Sonne. Zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen. Wirklich sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer. Ist zu empfehlen.

Mooi huis

Mooi huis, jammer dat een hoop dingen niet naar behoren werkte. Melding gemaakt, niets opgelost tijdens ons verblijf. 2 badkamers (douches) waren niet volledig te gebruiken. TV's hadden geen enkel kanaal, ook geen Italiaans kanaal..... QR code op boeking bracht je niet naar het juiste adres, was moeilijk te vinden!

Huis in rustige omgeving

Minpunten: Beschrijving van huis klopte niet met de werkelijkheid. Huis ligt in een domein met meerdere huizen (meerderheid leegstaand en onafgewerkt) achter een poort te openen met de code. Huis is niet echt praktisch ingericht. Huis is moeilijk te vinden en contactpersoon was niet aanwezig. Babybed was er niet maar is een dag later wel geleverd. Geen uitzicht door hoge haag. Pluspunten: Rustig gelegen en een prachtig zwembad. Veilig gevoel door veel buitenverlichting. Mooie streek.

Thank you for your comments and we apologise for any miscommunication. In the description it can be found that the house consists of a main house and an annex. In addition, the property is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed) in a newly urbanized area with no current construction activity. It is also important to know that there is a beautiful view and the hedge surrounding the home is really high and gives a lot of privacy, resulting in not being able to see all the houses around that may be unfinished. The address and GPS coordinated have been checked and are correct.
