It consists of a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and crockery TV LCD, WIfi, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace for outdoor dining, garden and swimming pool for exclusive use . It is immersed in the Monferrato hills cultivated with vines for the production of fine wines such as Barbera, Asti Spumante, Barolo and Barbaresco. The production of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts is also excellent. You can relax by the pool and organize excursions on foot or by bike through the hills or visit the many ancient villages and castles in the areas of Alba, Canelli, Nizza Monferrato, nearby there is a beautiful spa with wellness center.

Wonderful place in Piemonte

Cinzia is a super host - always available and ready to help. The house was very clean, with all the equipment you need and a fenced garden - it was a perfect fit to our family with two grown up kids and a dog. The place was only 30-45 min drive from Alba and Asti and of course local wineries almost in the backyard. We can highly recommend this place

Pleasant stay in a beautiful setting. The view is already amazing, even though you're not that high up (which also makes it easy to quickly go to the shop or pick up a pizza). Nice swimming pool, lots of space (e.g. for playing basketball with the kids). All amenities were available. Very clean. The hostess was very friendly. We also received a box of homegrown vegetables. Good recommendations for tasty food nearby, activities with children, a wine tasting at the cooperative the owners work with... An excellent stay with a good price/quality ratio.

Schönes Haus, großer Pool, leider nicht ganz so schön gelegen.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) für 2 Wochen in Cinzias Haus. Die Kommunikation im Vorwege funktionierte einwandfrei und auch der CheckIn war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus ist ein großes Doppelhaus, wobei eine Hälfte den Gästen zur Verfügung steht, in der anderen wohnt die Vermieterin selbst. Diese Information wurde uns leider trotz vorheriger Nachfrage vorenthalten. Auch die Tatsache dass ein Hund und Katzen auf dem Grundstück wohnen, wäre wissenswert gewesen, vor allem wenn man selbst mit Hund und Kleinkind anreist. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es gibt eine schöne große Terrasse. Die Küche ist einigermaßen ausreichend ausgestattet. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns sogar noch eine Kaffeemaschine organisiert :) Den Pool erreicht man, wenn man den Hügel von der Terrasse herunter geht. Er war immer sauber und gut gepflegt. Eventuell war etwas viel Chemie drin, jedenfalls war weiße Badebekleidung nach der Poolnutzung gelb verfärbt... Die Lage des Hauses ist leider nicht sehr ruhig. Es liegt recht nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße und einer Speditionsfirma und nachts ist viel Hundegebell zu hören. Cinzia war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub trotz einiger "Mankos" genossen. en.

Familienferien im Piemont

Schönes Objekt mit grosser Terrasse und Pool! Eigentlich sind es 2 Wohnungen, die separat vermietet werden können. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und Hund. Somit waren die Wohungen offen. Für uns war es perfekt vom Platz her! Der Pool ist prima und stets sauber! Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Kochbesteck, Töpfe...., sind aber in 2 Wochen tipptopp zurecht gekommen!) Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüsse ins Piemont aus Zürich

Nice place

The house Is in good shape, very clean inside and outside. The view is gorgeous on the terrasse. Swiming pool Is fine, good temperature when it Is sunny. A little bit cold when windy. Living in the house is good. Some basic équipement could be given (like toasters, good knives for’the Meat). One set of fork and knives was very poor. Environement can be noisy (dogs barking during thé night, alarms, as there Is a car truck company at 400m it is sometimes noisy due to the bip when trucks are going Back)
