On the ground floor you will find an open living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The terraces offer a beautiful view of the heated pool and the surrounding area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the 45 m2 private pool. The outdoor area also features a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a dining area where you can enjoy a relaxing summer evening with local delicacies.

Porec is known for its rich cultural heritage, especially the Euphrasian Basilica, built in the 6th century and considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Here you will find a wide range of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to stay active during your vacation, Porec is the ideal place for you! Here you can play tennis, mini golf and beach volleyball as well as enjoy various water sports. However, if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun, you don't need to leave the villa as it has everything you could need on your holiday!

Tolles Haus. Praktische Sommerküche. Pool ist fantastisch. Gut ausgestattet. Netter Vermieter. W-Lan sehr schlecht. Matratzen teilweise sehr durchgelegen. 2. Schlüssel wäre von Vorteil.
