The holiday rental is located on the ground floor and is accessible at ground level. The interior is barrier-free. The approximately 85 m² apartment has a separate entrance, a bedroom, a large kitchen-dining area, a living room, a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. It sleeps 2 people, with the option to accommodate an additional 2 people on sofas by arrangement. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven at working height, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a kettle, as well as standard kitchen appliances and the necessary dishes. A cosy corner bench seating area serves as the dining area, seating 4 people. There is an ample supply of dish soap, cleaning supplies, and utensils. The living room features a very large sofa that can also be used for sleeping if needed. Please contact us if you require this option. The bedroom features a double bed, as well as an additional couch that can also be used for sleeping if needed. The bathroom area consists of a new, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a vanity with a mirror cabinet. A hair dryer is provided. In a separate room, you’ll find the toilet with a hand-washing sink; a vacuum cleaner, broom, and additional cleaning supplies and utensils are available there. A full-length mirror, a wall-mounted coat rack, and a shoe rack are located in the hallway. You can park your car for free in a paved parking space in the courtyard. Bicycles can be stored overnight in our garage by arrangement and for a fee (2 euros per bike per night).The holiday rental is located on the grounds of a former farm on the outskirts of the town of Diespeck. It is about 500 metres from the town boundary, and the town centre is about 1.5 kilometres away. It is conveniently located near the B470 but still in a quiet area, and offers good access by both car and bicycle thanks to its location at the crossroads of the “Aischtalradweg” and the long-distance bike trail “Vom Main zur Zenn.” The apartment has approximately 85 square metres of living space, divided into 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A comprehensive renovation was completed in 2023. The county seat of Neustadt an der Aisch, located about 3 km away, offers shopping and entertainment options, as well as access to the Nuremberg–Würzburg rail line and the spa town of Bad Windsheim. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person upon arrival or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking at the house.
