Our thoughtfully curated Polanco mansion was designed for connection, comfort, privacy, and unforgettable group stays. With 11 private bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, multiple living areas, two fully equipped kitchens, terraces, balconies, a spacious garden, and private parking for up to three vehicles, the home offers generous space for everyone to gather while still having their own private retreat.



For year-round comfort, every bedroom has been thoughtfully equipped with premium hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a private closet, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay regardless of the season.



THE LAYOUT



The property is distributed across three levels, with a main staircase connecting the primary living areas and a separate service staircase providing additional access between floors.



Upon entering through the private garage, there is parking for up to three vehicles. The main entrance leads into a welcoming foyer and the first bedroom, which features a King-size bed, a private full bathroom, closet, and views of the front garden.



Continuing through the ground floor, you’ll find a full bathroom, a comfortable TV lounge with a Smart TV and decorative fireplace, and the main dining area with seating for up to 12 guests. From here, the home opens toward the garden, where five sun loungers create a relaxing outdoor setting.



Between the entrance and dining area, a beautifully curated display showcases handmade Oaxacan crafts. These pieces are available for purchase through our Guest Service Team, making it possible to take a special piece of Mexico home with you.



The fully equipped main kitchen is located beyond the dining area and includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. A filtered drinking water system is also available in the kitchen. There is an additional service door connecting the kitchen directly to the garage.



A second King bedroom with a private full bathroom, closet, and views toward the garden is also located on this level and can be accessed through the service staircase area.



FIRST FLOOR



Taking the main staircase upstairs, you’ll arrive at a spacious landing connecting several of the home's private bedrooms.



On one side, you’ll find a bedroom with two Queen-size beds, a private full bathroom, closet, and views toward the street.



Continuing along the hallway is a King bedroom with its own full bathroom and closet, followed by another bedroom featuring two King-size beds, a private full bathroom, closet, and street views. This room is accessed by descending five steps from the main hallway.



On the opposite side of the floor, the service staircase provides access to additional bedrooms. Here, you’ll find a King bedroom with a private full bathroom, closet, and garden views, followed by another King bedroom with a private bathroom, closet, and views toward the garden.



Another bedroom on this level features a Queen-size bed and private full bathroom, providing additional comfortable accommodation for groups traveling together.



SECOND FLOOR & ROOFTOP TERRACE



The service staircase continues to the second floor, where you’ll find the laundry room and an additional full bathroom.



From here, the home opens into another collection of private bedrooms and outdoor spaces.



One bedroom features a Queen-size bed, private full bathroom, and direct access to a terrace.



Further along the hallway is another Queen bedroom with a private full bathroom and access to one of the property's terraces. Another Queen bedroom with a closet completes the bedroom accommodation on this level.



The second fully equipped kitchen is located on this floor and provides convenient service to the terrace, making it especially practical for outdoor meals, celebrations, and larger group gatherings.



Step outside and you’ll find a covered outdoor dining area with seating for six, as well as a spacious outdoor lounge with seating for up to 12 guests. This terrace is designed for enjoying meals, conversations, morning coffee, or relaxed evenings together.



Outdoor textile furniture and cushions can be stored in the storage chests located on the terrace whenever needed, helping protect them from rain and weather.

Certain closets, storage rooms, utility spaces, maintenance areas, and housekeeping supply rooms may also remain locked during your stay. These areas are reserved for property operations, housekeeping supplies, maintenance equipment, and owner storage and are not intended for guest use.



Any room, closet, cabinet, or door that is locked or secured with a key, keypad, or access code should be considered off-limits to guests.
