Herzlich Willkommen IM Allgäu

The holiday rental is located in a quiet and central area in Immenstadt—in the Bühl district.

It’s a 10-minute walk to the Großer Alpsee, a 10-minute walk to the Kleiner Alpsee, and the mountains are right outside the door. It’s located on the southwest side of a holiday home complex, on the 1st floor. With 60 square metres of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people.

The cosy living-dining area features a seating area (which can be converted into an additional sleeping space) and the dining area. The TV and stereo system are housed in the attractive built-in unit.

The country-style kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including a built-in stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator ***, an exhaust fan, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The bathroom with a shower and toilet is small but nice.

The spacious bedroom with two windows offers plenty of room.

The large balcony enjoys sunshine all day long (weather permitting).

Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided free of charge.

The minimum stay during peak season is 5 days. Shorter stays during shoulder and off-peak seasons are available by arrangement.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

Gemütliche, saubere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Der wunderbare große und kleine Alpsee war fußläufig. Die Wohnung befand sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Alles war gut organisiert und die Abwicklung mit dem Eigentümer unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich wirklich sehr gut und rechtzeitig um alles notwendige gekümmert haben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber, auch die betten sind nicht zu weich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft in Immenstadt/Bühl am großen Alpsee

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom großen Alpsee. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Immenstadter Hausberge. Die Stadtmitte von Immenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten mit Auto, Bus oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und in der Küche sind alle Geräte verfügbar, die man so braucht. Lediglich der Fernseher hat hin und wieder mal ausgesetzt und musste aus unf angeschaltet werden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und aufgeräumt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte wie vereinbart. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder, wenn wir ins Allgäu kommen.
