Parking is available. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are not permitted. Towels unfortunately cannot be provided.



Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. The property is step-free and has an elevator. Bed linen and towels are available only on request and for an extra fee at the property, charged for each weekly change.



Check-in is only allowed during scheduled hours and can be arranged at other times only with prior approval. Late check-in is possible on request and for an extra fee, to be agreed upon based on arrival time. Such requests must be made at least 3 days before arrival.



A security deposit is required and will be returned at check-out if this takes place in person between 9:30 and 10:00 am. For early check-out, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
