This fantastic apartment is only 10metres from the Pine Walk beach and boasts fabulous sea views. Perfectly situated for the beach, restaurants and shops.
This two-bedroom apartment on the Pine Walk is a third floor property accessed by a lift. The apartment has spectacular views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa. Perfectly located above a supermarket with shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, the beach in front and the main church square a couple of hundred metres away. An ideal location close to everything you will need.
The apartment consists of an air conditioned lounge/dining room and sliding doors to the balcony, a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, an air conditioned master double bedroom and twin bedroom with ceiling fan. Finally, inside there is a good size shower room. The double bedroom has sliding doors onto the front balcony and sea views.
Ralex on the balcony and enjoy amazing panoramic sea views above the hustle and bustle of the beach below.
