Perfect for Osnabrück visitors: Located just 7 km from Osnabrück city centre, Holiday Home Grand Westfalia offers exceptional accommodation in a peaceful setting in Lotte. Ideal for guests wishing to explore Osnabrück while enjoying the tranquillity of the Münsterland region.
The house is completely newly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to 3 bedrooms, the 30 sqm living room with a fireplace and large-screen TV invites you to relax. Even in cooler weather, you can make yourself comfortable in the 28 sqm fully glazed winter garden. The glass sliding doors can be fully opened to the side. A modern barbecue grill is also available. On the ground floor there is an additional step-free shower. The house accommodates up to 8 guests.
Special features include a sports room with high-quality equipment. Four Flyer e-bikes can be used free of charge—ideal for excursions to Osnabrück or the surrounding area.
Situated in the triangle of Osnabrücker Land, Münsterland, and Tecklenburger Land, there are numerous attractions nearby. Osnabrück city centre is 7 km away, Altlotte 4 km, Tecklenburg 9 km, and Attersee 1.5 km. Münster-Osnabrück Airport is 21 km away via the A1 motorway. Shopping facilities are reachable within 3 to 10 minutes by car.
Please do not smoke inside the house—smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets are warmly welcome.
