The apartment is located right on Lake Constance and along the Lake Constance Bike Path, adjacent to a small park with a swimming area. Enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Constance and stunning sunsets from your balcony. Taking a swim before breakfast or in the evening is no problem—it’s just a stone’s throw away. The boat dock for excursions and a shopping centre are only 3 minutes away. A bike garage and a parking space are available on-site. There is an lift in the building; smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is welcome on the balcony.
