Holiday house in Klimno on the island of Krk for 8persons (6 adults and 2 children), near the sea. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace and pool, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom, room with bunk bed (90x170 - for children) and guest toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms. The rooms have access to the terrace. Guests have at their disposal a heated swimming pool with electrolysis (salt water), barbecue, private parking,bicycles,standup paddleboardingand a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.The nearest beach is only 50m from the house!

The house is beautiful and very well laid out. Each room has its own bathroom and the air conditioning ensures very pleasant temperatures. The pool is fantastic. Franjo and Kristijana are super nice and very helpful. I really wanted to go fishing with my son and Franjo prepared everything for me. On the last evening we could go fishing with him and his boat. highly recommended.

Extraordinary journey!
Uns hat es super gefallen. Fragen nachrichten und wünsche wurden schnell beantwortet oder umgesetzt. Der Pool war immer sauber und warm. Supermarkt direkt neben an hat faire Preise und ist gut ausgestattet.leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison da daher hatte das Restaurant direkt um die ecke geschlossen. Alles im ganzen Immer wieder gern und auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen

High-end vacation!
Die Villa war noch schöner als auf den Bildern, man hat von der Dachterasse einen überragenden Ausblick, der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und sogar Sachen wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer und Kaffee waren bereits vorhanden. Wir hatten zwei kleine Kinder dabei und wenn wir im Wohnzimmer waren hat man in den Kinderzimmern nichts gehört, so konnten die Kinder super schlafen. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Restaurants sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Großes Lob an die beiden Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar und überdurchschnittlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit sind. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis ganz bald.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, neu, blitzsauber und zentral im kleinen hübschen Klimno gelegen. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und es gab alles was wir brauchten und mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Super schönes Haus! Alles bequem erreichbar! Sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe und auch Kindergerecht. Der Pool hat sehr angenehmes Salzwasser welches viel besser ist als Chlor. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Brilliant service!
Der Aufenthalt war toll! Die Gastgeber super nett, bemüht und hilfsbereit! Alles was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden und sogar noch mehr. Der Salzwasserpool ist super sauber sowie der gesamte Aussenbereich. Sollte noch mal was sein sind die Gastgeber sehr schnell erreichbar und kommen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Alles in allem ein genial schönes Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Villa Beachfront
Kristijana und Franjo sind sehr nette Eigentümer. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Man fühlt sich sofort Zuhause. Klimno an sich ist ein sehr ruhiges Dörfchen.
