A spectacular villa next to the sea that will take your stay to another level...



Located on the beach of Taliarte, next to Melenara, in the municipality of Telde, this beautiful villa on the beachfront, exquisitely decorated, blends in with its surroundings. It has two bedrooms (1 with trundle beds), a bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a terrace overlooking the sea. It has wifi, SMART tv 50'', kitchenware, towels, bed linen, etc.. From the same terrace, you can access the beach avenue, which connects the entire coast of Telde.



The area is unbeatable. Ideal as a starting point to visit the island. Well located, parking availability, supermarkets, stores, pharmacy, bus and cab stops, and a great gastronomic offer, with restaurants and cafes...



Smoking is not allowed inside the house (only on the terrace) and it is very important not to throw anything in the toilet to avoid clogging.



Please do not make noise after 10:00 pm.

Charming ocean view abode

The location was great—easy walk to beach and restaurants. It was also a good jumping off point to explore the island. It was nice having free parking for our rental car and it wasn’t far from the airport. This property has the air of a traditional Spanish home with blue shutters and doors. It would have been nice to have longer hot water for the shower.

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick über den Atlantik

Pros: Lage des Hauses ist super, die Ausstattung Top, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar und der fehlende Touristmus in dem Örtchen ist auch sehr angenehm. Gefühlt hat man fast nur Einheimische an der Promenade und am Strand gesehen. Cons: Die Klobrille hat gefehlt, man musste sich auf den Toilettenrand setzen, dass war nicht so schön. Die Kunsstoffbezüge der Betten sind vielleicht hygienisch, aber man schwitzt ohne Ende, was einen den Schlaf rauben kann.

Urlaub wie wir ihn erhofft hatten

Unser Urlaub in der "Villa Delice" haben wir uns sehr schön vorgestellt. Tstsächlich sind wir nicht enttäuscht worden.Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle chic und ansprechend. Meist haben wir eingekauft (alle in der Nähe zu haben). Die Küche hst alles in bester Qualität,Auch die Spülmaschine Tip Top. Im Bad ist ein Wandschrand der auch alles beinhaltet, sehr gute WSchmachine und einen Trockner. Wir haben den Wäscheständer zwei Stunden in den hinteren Eingang g0estellt und die Wäsche war xrisch und trocken. InsgesMt waren wir 3 Wochen dort und jeder Tsg war ein Urlaubstag. Sofort beim Aufstehen der Blick aufs mehr. Keine Massen von Touristen, wunderbar. Wir möchten fair sein und auch anmerken das das Objekt ein Reihenhaus ist, links und rfcht wird auch vermietet. Je nach dem wer dort dann Urlaub macht kann es leise oder auch lauter sein. Zudem wussten wir nicht das reger Flugverkehr über den Ort Taliarte stattfindet. Ab Morgens um 6 konnte es bis 23 Uhr sein. Uns hat es nicht viel ausgemacht da wir 40Jahre im Umland von Zürich auch mit dem Flughafen gelebt haben. Sonst war alles bestens und empfehlen es gerne weiter !! Wir werden die schöne Zeit nicht vergessen.

Genütliches, sauberes Häuschen direkt am Wasser

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Per Schlüsselkasten kamen wir zeitlich flexibel in das Haus. Die überdachte und sonnengeschützte Veranda ist großzügig und wunderbar zum Sitzen. Die Promenade verläuft direkt vor der Veranda, da wir zur Nebensaison da waren, war es aber nicht allzu voll. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut für Ausflüge/Wanderungen/Supermärkte. Der Flughafen ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, die Flugzeuge überfliegen beim Abflug die Bucht, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Parken kann man direkt auf der Rückseite des Hauses an einer unbefestigten Straße. Ein etwas höheres Auto ist ratsam, um nicht aufzusetzen. Das Bett könnte etwas größer sein (120cm?), der Boiler für das Duschwasser ebenso, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
