Our cozy apartment 'Chiara' is located in the Aktivurlaubsort Fügen in a sunny location. With its 3 double rooms for 4 to 8 people, the fully equipped kitchen with balcony, bathroom, toilet and the wonderful balcony, our house offers plenty of space for our guests who want to enjoy the holiday in a quiet environment. There is also a large storage room especially for bike and bike groups. In summer our meadow with barbecue area invites you to a cozy get-together. Located near the adventure spa or the beautiful outdoor pool, there are also the new golf course in Uderns, tennis courts, mini golf and a summer toboggan run to ensure that no boredom arises. It is only a few minutes' walk to the absolute hiking area .. The hiking areas Hochfügen and the Spieljoch are only a few minutes away. Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub am Achensee und in der Ferienwohnung Chiara. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer der Ferienwohnung war schnell und unkompliziert, sowohl während unseres Aufenthalts als auch schon davor. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und geräumig. Das Sahnehäubchen unseres Aufenthalts war der Frühstücksservice, die Semmeln wurden uns direkt vor die Haustür geliefert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Fijne vakantie

Aardige behulpzame huisbaas die in het huis ernaast woont. Wij hadden Chiara met 3 slaapkamers ruim voor 4 personen. Typisch Oostenrijks keuken/woonkamer en een smal lang balkon met een mooi uitzicht het dal in. Kleine badkamer met een fijne douche. Je kunt gebruik maken van de tuin dat werkt voor een drankje maar verder weinig gebruik van gemaakt aan gezien je 2 hoog zit. Fijne locatie

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich wirklich, dass Alles für den Urlaub perfekt ist. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und hat eine ruhige Lage. Wir hatten einen entspannten tollen Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Urlaub in den Bergen!

Wir sind sehr froh ,über unsere Entscheidung ,die Wohnung gebucht zu haben. Die Familie (der Vermieter und seiner Frau) einfach einmalig,solche Menschen trifft man leider sehr selten im Leben. Die Wohnung hat es uns sehr gefallen,zum übernachten reicht es sowieso,denn wir waren die meiste Zeit,draußen auf der Terrasse oder unterwegs,die Aussicht von der Terrasse Aus,ist einmalig 😍,wir haben dort 5 Übernachtungen gebucht,nächstes mal bleiben wir länger da.Vielen lieben Dank an Hr.Tschabrun ,alles gute und bist bald .

Schöne Wohnung zum fairen Preis

Schöne Wohnung in praktischer Lage. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und versuchte uns sogar anzurufen weil wir uns verspäteten. Die Wohnung war für ihr Alter top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern.

preisgünstige schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieter. Man kann mit allen Problemen zu ihnen kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings haben wir die Waschmaschine vermisst, die bei Buchung über FeWo-direkt mit angegeben war. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und würden auch gern wieder kommen.

Günstige und trotzdem sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung mit schönem Blick in die Berge

Wir (2 Eltern + 2 Kinder (8+11)) hatten im Sommer 2017, die Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach gemietet. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und schon im Vorfeld konnte man problemlos mit Ihm Sachen absprechen. Wir waren viel im Zillertal unterwegs, konnten am Morgen und Abend aber die schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus genießen. Man hat einen schönen freien Blick ins Zillertal. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind schön geräumig und die Küche mit Sitzecke und Fernseher schön groß für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Man konnte sich in der Wohnung auch gut aus dem Wege gehen, da die Schlafzimmer großzügig geschnitten sind.

Les propriétaires sont de bons conseils et très disponibles pour nous faciliter notre séjour dans cet immeuble accueillant et fonctionnel. Notre séjour y a été très agréable Nous ne manquerons pas de le recommander La publicité autour de l'appartement était exacte Tout y était bien en ordre ,bien propre et les chambres super accueillantes La visite au Spieljoch vaut le détour ainsi que le Wasserfall que l'on aperçoit de l'appart Annelies Le restaurant Standlhof à Uderns à un bon rapport qualité -prix ainsi que la pizzeria la Strada à Niederhart et le personnel des deux établissement est très dévoué Nous avons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans le Zillertall après nos plusieurs séjours dans le Lechtal LeTyrol autrichien reste notre destination préférée Papylou

Super Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft. Man merkt, daß der Vermieter sehr viel Wert darauf legt. Wir fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben. Der Vermieter war stets bemüht uns bei Fragen zu helfen und uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Wir konnten uns mit Fragen jederzeit an ihn wenden. wir hoffen, daß es auch dieses Jahr wieder klappt, denn wir würden sehr gerne wieder dort wohnen.

Super schöner Urlaub im Zillertal

Wir haben bei Ankunft eine sehr gemütliche und schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Es war alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Man merkte die Mühe die sich die Vermieter mit dem Willkommen der Gäste gemacht hatten. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Er gab uns viele Tipps in Bezug auf sehr gut Essen gehen und auf Aktivitäten. Man konnte mit Allem zu ihm kommen. Er wußte immer Rat oder hat einem geholfen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und auch unserem Sohn und unseren Freunden haben wir diese Ferienwohnung schon empfohlen. Wir wünschen den Vermietern weiterhin so viel Engagement und Spaß im Umgang mit den Gästen, denn das ist ein wichtiger Teil der Erholung.
