A trendy, clean, and modern space. This loft bed unit is furnished with a full bed and a full bathroom which includes the stacked washer/dryer.

The living room features a small modern love seat, a Roku TV, and a half bath under the stairs.

In the kitchen you'll find full-size appliances and everything you need to cook a meal. Coffee maker, coffee and tea provided. Dining table for 2 folds out from the wall, folding chairs can be found on the other side of the fridge.

Parking is very limited, this unit comes with 1 space marked 9. Guests may park in this space only. Unfortunately, additional parking is not available.

Centrally located. Close proximity to downtown, UL Lafayette campus, Monus Park (new sprawling city park) and more. Walkable to SLCC, Cajun Dome Event Center, Cajun Field, and Oschner University Hospital. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
