About this property
Lovingly renovated half-timbered house with character and comfort
Do you like the charm of a half-timbered house and at the same time value comfort? Our chestnut house combines both under one roof! The house, built in 1901, has been lovingly renovated, furnished and offers plenty of space for 6-7 self-caterers on 160 sqm. It is located in the center of town on the R5 cycle route. The baker's wagon offers Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings the opportunity to buy fresh bread, bread, a newspaper, etc., and this can result in a chat with the neighborhood. Purchases for daily needs can be made in Cornberg or Sontra can be done. For the little holiday guests, Rockensüß offers a lovingly designed and well-kept playground about 400 m away from the holiday home.
Ground floor: washing, drying, ironing. Raised ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living and dining room, fireplace, double bedroom, shower room. 1. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom.
Top floor: billiard room, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, kitchenette. Patio with barbecue area.
Ground floor: washing, drying, ironing. Raised ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living and dining room, fireplace, double bedroom, shower room. 1. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom.
