The cosy and stylishly designed Apartment 3 is approximately 70 square metres in size. This self-contained apartment is located on the ground floor and features bedrooms consisting of a double bed with a child’s/baby’s bed, as well as a twin bedroom on the upper level. The living area features a dining nook, a sofa set, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, and toaster). The bathroom, which has a window, includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet. This historic, listed half-timbered house with a gabled roof is located 2 km from Lake Altmühl and not far from Lake Brombach. At our family-friendly holiday farm, we share the space with a pony, a goat, cats, chickens, runner ducks, and two pigs. A large outdoor seating area in front of the holiday home with a barbecue fireplace, as well as an enclosed courtyard with an orchard, a lawn for sunbathing, a playground with a treehouse and a giant trampoline, plus plenty of children’s ride-on toys, invite guests of all ages to relax and have lots of fun. A special highlight for our young guests is the guided pony ride. We provide toddler-friendly equipment free of charge in our holiday home. Our daily bread roll service ensures a cosy start to the day. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A cot or baby bed is available. A fifth person can be accommodated on site for a fee of 5.00 EUR per night. The visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged separately on-site. Food service (bread roll delivery). Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. Electricity costs are charged based on usage at 0.40 EUR per kWh.
