A warm welcome to our holiday rental, Vera, in the Franconian Lake District.

Our charming, family-friendly, and lovingly furnished holiday rental offers plenty of space for you to enjoy your holiday with us.

You can look forward to a spacious 120 m² apartment. The light-filled living and dining area, with its cosy atmosphere, comfortable sofa, and smart TV, invites you to relax after an eventful day of exploration.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and many extras, offers plenty of opportunities
to prepare delicious meals.

The sunroom is particularly noteworthy.
In the spring and fall, sun lovers have an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the view of the lush, well-established garden.

The “retro-style” bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and two sinks, and features a washing machine and hair dryer. Towels are provided.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a balcony.
A cot and high chair are available.
The second bedroom features two single beds, a desk, and a wardrobe.

A lovely, secluded garden with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs is also available for your use. Of course, you’re welcome to grill.
The interior of the building is smoke-free (there are several outdoor smoking areas).

Our ground-floor holiday rental is located on the edge of the forest; across the way is a children’s playground, and the forest is a great adventure for dogs. Dogs are welcome here.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Bakeries, shops, and restaurants
(Italian, Greek, Turkish, Franconian cuisine...) are just a few minutes away.

Petersgmünd is a district of Georgensgmünd in the Roth district (also known for the DATEV Challenge Roth Triathlon).
This small town offers plenty of relaxation for families, active cyclists and hikers, as well as business travellers. In the immediate vicinity, there are plenty of opportunities for anglers to pursue their hobby. Fishing licences can be easily booked through Heyfish.
Great, well-maintained bike paths with scenic panoramic views included.
Nevertheless, it is centrally located for cultural excursions.
The Nuremberg Trade Fair, the Franconian Lake District, and the highways are all easily accessible by car.
