Lovely holiday home at the Baltic in Österlen

This beautiful and spacious holiday home will be found at a large property, somewhat outside the locality of Maglehem, between two nature reserves and north of the famous landscape of hills named "Brösarps backar".



Here you will have a fantastic view of the Baltic sea and the bay named "Hanöbukten". You will clearly see how the nature reserve of Stenshuvud appears along the coast and this view you will also have from the cosy outside seating area with brick-built grill for beautiful barbecue evenings. In autumn you can deal with berry-picking at the property and in the garden there is enough room to sunbathe, to relax and for the children to play.



The holiday home has an open room solution. You enter the large living room with open fire and next to it there is the kitchen and the dining area. On the ground floor you will find two lovely bedrooms as well as a modern bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms as well as a living/sleeping area and the exit to the balcony, which is also facing the sea.



A nice sandy beach with summer kiosk is only 2,5 kilometers away from the holiday home. But apart from the fact that you can enjoy nature here, you can also go on an outing. For example, you can visit some of the many idyllic coastal localities like Simrishamn. And if you have arrived there, you can go aboard on one of the speed-boats on the island of Bornholm, to "conquer" the Danish island.
