A stone's throw from the sea,
Welcome to this 2010 renovated and very beautiful holiday home in the Österlen region or more precisely in the old Kivik.
It consists of three smaller bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Together we find eight beds here. Please note: Pets and smoking are prohibited in the house.
The small garden is full of roses and you also have access to a barbecue and garden furniture.
Approximately 100 metres from the holiday home is the Baltic Sea with a harbour and a bathing beach. A little further away is a popular sandy beach called "Vitemölla", which is particularly popular with families.
Kivik offers, among other things, a supermarket and several restaurants. But tourist attractions such as Kiviks Museén, the Royal Tomb or the Gardens of Mandelmans also attract tourists from all over the world every year. Stenshuvud, Haväng and Simrishamn are also worth a visit.
