Apartment 'Ferienwohnung 1 Schulze' with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Bright, cozy vacation apartment with a wide view of nature, on the upper floor of a detached house with balcony facing south/west near the lake.

The apartment on the upper floor of a detached house with a spacious balcony can be reached via an external staircase. It has a living area with integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a very nice bathroom with shower.



All windows and the outside door are fitted with insect screens.



In one part of the garden, a trampoline, a wooden play tower and a sandpit invite children to play and enjoy sporting activities.



The clear bathing lake is approx. 250 m from the vacation apartment, the bathing area has a bathing jetty with ladder, you can also reach the water from the shore, the ground is fine sandy ... very suitable for children. A rowing boat (Anka 4), which is located at the boat dock, can be borrowed from the landlord to paddle on the lake in the village (Kluger See) or simply to enjoy nature.



High chair and baby crib free of charge on request,

Oven, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer in the utility room for all guests to use on request,

Iron and ironing board can also be used free of charge on request.

Pros: Wir sind seit Jahren mal wieder in Klein Trebbow gewesen. Und es war einfach wieder toll. Mit dazu beigetragen hat die Wohnung und Fr. Schulze als Vermieterin. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge mit dem E-Bike in die Umgebung. Und wer Softeis liebt wie ich, der sollte mal zu Axel nach Wesenberg fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn die Wohnung für uns passend frei ist.
