Escape to the peaceful beauty of Southern Illinois in our Sierra Deluxe Cabin at Lakehouse Resort. This spacious log cabin sleeps up to 8 and features a private bedroom, loft, bunk room, full kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, and a covered porch. Relax by the fire pit, fish our scenic lake, or explore nearby Rend Lake and Shawnee National Forest. Perfect for families, couples, and outdoor adventures.
The space
Property Features:
Lakehouse Resort is a brand-new cabin and RV resort in Southern Illinois currently celebrating its grand opening season. Guests will enjoy new cabins, roads, utilities, picnic tables, fire pits, and access to our beautiful 7-acre lake. As with any new resort development, some areas are still being completed, including landscaping and grass establishment. You may notice newly constructed roadways, freshly seeded areas, and occasional construction activity as we continue enhancing the property. While the grounds are still maturing, you'll have the opportunity to be among the first guests to experience this exciting new destination.
Outdoor Activities:
• Enjoy access to our picturesque 7-acre lake, perfect for catch-and-release fishing and kayaking. Please bring your own fishing and kayaking equipment. (Life jackets are required on the lake.)
• Relax around your fire pit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
• Explore the property and experience the natural beauty of Southern Illinois.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside cabins. Evidence of use may result in a $500 smoking remediation fee.
Place all used towels in the shower basin before checkout. Wash all used dishes and leave them clean in the sink or drying rack.
