A visit to the Paestum Archaeological Park is a must. In Agropoli, with its Byzantine history, there are many popular attractions including Borgo Medievale di Agropoli, Angioino Aragonese Castle, the medieval ruins of the Monastery of San Francesco and the churches of St. Mary of Constantinople, San Marco and San Francesco.
