Carefully selected materials in warm colours highlight the high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. <br>Step into our 45 m² apartment, featuring 3.10 m ceiling heights, extra-tall windows, and intricately crafted ceiling moldings. <br>The spacious living and bedroom area features a very comfortable, extra-large box-spring bed, complete with hotel-quality bedding (oversized 155x220). The bedding is hypoallergenic and sustainably produced. You can watch films on the large flat-screen TV right from the comfort of your bed. You’ll enjoy a particularly restful night’s sleep not only thanks to the very quiet location but also thanks to our high-quality blackout curtains. The kitchen and bedroom areas feature beautiful, warm wooden floorboards.<br>Our fully equipped kitchen, with a view of a small vineyard and the historic iron gate, is the perfect spot for a light breakfast before setting out to explore the surrounding area. Of course, all the amenities you’d expect—such as a built-in oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso machine—are provided. Since you’re holidaying in a premier wine region, you’ll also find a decanter, wine glasses, a wine cooler, and the corresponding glasses. We provide a small starter supply of everyday essentials, such as coffee capsules, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, as well as toilet paper and paper towels. <br>The kitchen was manufactured by the renowned company Loberon and has a distinctive, non-mainstream look. It exudes a cosy feel thanks to its rough-sawn wood cabinet fronts, offers functional convenience with a marble worktop, and features striking accents from solid iron hardware and labelled glass cabinet doors. This combination creates a unique aesthetic—one you’ll really love. <br><br>The bathroom isn’t just an ordinary bathroom… it’s a little oasis of well-being. The antique natural stone floor with radiant heating is a true treat for your feet. The very spacious shower invites you to enjoy a moment of complete relaxation. Of course, shampoo and shower gel with a very pleasant scent are provided for you. The bathroom is completed by a small bench and a beautiful vanity with a marble worktop, a ceramic sink, and vintage-style faucets.<br><br>Are you in the mood for even more relaxation? Pure relaxation? <br>Then slip on the dressing gown and slippers we’ve provided, grab your wellness bag with the extra-large sauna towels, and step into our wonderful wellness area. Our Finnish sauna and steam room invite you to enjoy relaxing hours (especially when the weather is bad). You’ll find two separate showers, two bathrooms, a designer pool with drinking water, and cosy lounge chairs. The entire space is decorated in warm colours. Dimmed lighting and a wonderful decorative fireplace provide cosy warmth. Here, too, we offer underfloor heating throughout the entire area—so, dear feet, you, too, can look forward to feeling right at home ;-) If you’d like to use the wellness area all to yourself, we offer a private spa session for 2–4 hours at an additional cost. <br><br>Adjacent to our wellness area, a staircase leads you up to the spacious rooftop terrace with a lounge area, a bar, and a wonderful view of the historic apothecary garden. Of course, you can also access our rooftop terrace without visiting the wellness area. The sun bathes our rooftop terrace all day long—so you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine in the morning, sunbathe at noon, and savour a sundowner as the evening approaches. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs, bar stools, and a Weber gas grill.
