Private: garden 5'000 m2, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 13.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, fireplace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Bumpy motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Chiusi" 13 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 14 km. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.
