About this property
Directly by the sea
Very nice flat in the centre of Selce, the suburb of Crikvenica. Due to the very good location and the tasteful furnishings, this holiday flat is ideal for a relaxing holiday. This flat is suitable for 2, on request also for up to 3 persons ( more persons/small children are not possible ). This flat consists of a large living/dining room and kitchen with sea view, a bathroom and a balcony where the proximity to the sea gives the feeling of being on a cruise ship. Guests have 2 parking spaces at their disposal, one parking space is in front of the house. This is a public car park, free of charge. The second parking space is located on a closed private property of the landlord which is 150 metres away from the flat. As the landlord of this flat owns an excursion boat, excursions are available every day free of charge! Free use of the air conditioning from 20.00 to 23.00 o'clock. If you want to use the air conditioning all day, you have to pay a fee to the landlord.
